摘　　要：经皮椎间孔镜技术(PTED)是目前广泛应用于临床的一种脊柱微创技术。因其具有手术创伤小、术中出血量少、术后恢复快、住院时间短、并发症少等优点,一经问世便得到了广泛的认可和快速的发展。目前已应用于腰椎间盘突出症、腰椎管狭窄症、椎间盘感染、椎体转移瘤、椎间盘囊肿等疾病的治疗。随着应用研究的深入,该技术的适应证、操作技巧、并发症预防等问题也得到越来越多的关注。本文就目前经皮椎间孔镜技术在脊柱外科的应用进展作一综述。Percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy(PTED)is a minimally invasive spine technology that has been widely used in the clinical application at present.Once developed,it has been universally recognized and in rapid expansion due to its less surgical trauma,less blood loss,faster recovery,shorter hospital stay,fewer complications and so on.PTED has been applied to lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,lumbar spinal stenosis,infection of intervertebral disc,spinal metastatic tumor and intervertebral disc cyst now.With the application research moving forward,increasing attention has been paid to the problem of adaptation,operating skills,prevention from complication and so on.The recent application of PTED in spinal surgery has been reviewed in this article.
