摘　　要：对比传统住院医师规范化培训日常考核中存在的问题,分析"医视"网络考试系统在住院医师规范化培训日常考核中的应用优势和存在问题,提出进一步优化"医视"网络考试系统的命题方式、增加心电图和影像学辅助检查判读试题、合理界定试题考核难度系数等方面的改进建议,为促进住院医师日常考核管理规范化、科学化和信息化,确保和提高住院医师规范化培训质量。To contrasted the existing problems in the routine assessment of traditional standardized medical resident training,analyzed the advantages and problems of“Medical Vision World”network examination system in the routine assessment of standardized medical resident training,put forward further suggestions on proposition mode of“Medical Vision World”network examination system,increasing the electrocardiogram and iconography test questions,and the reasonable definition of test difficulty coefficient and etc,to improve the standardization,scientific and informatization of the routine assessment management of medical resident,and provide the useful reference for ensuring and improving the quality of standardized medical resident training.
