摘　　要：对农村生态文明建设过程中出现的问题,国家逐步开始重视并出台相应的政策加强制度上的建设。探讨农村生态文明制度的内涵,指出:农村生态文明制度是保障、支持和推动农村生态环境和经济社会发展相协调、人与自然相和谐的制度,为农村生态文明建设提供制度的支撑和保障。参考国内众多学者的学术成果,构建系统较为完整的农村生态文明制度体系,为更进一步地深入研究农村生态文明建设提供理论参考。To solve the problems in the construction of rural ecological civilization,the state began to pay attention to and put forward the corresponding policies to strengthen the construction of the system gradually.From this,explore the connotation of rural ecological civilization that is to guarantee,support and promote the harmony between rural ecological environment and economic and social development,and the harmony between human and nature.Through the research results of many demonic scholars,and provides theoretical reference to study the connotation of rural ecological civilization further.
