摘　　要：农村转移人口角色的顺利转换对于推进新型城镇化建设、实现城乡一体化发展具有重要作用。针对城镇化过程中普遍存在的农村转移人口角色转换问题,从非制度因素视角总结并分析影响角色转换的主要因素,在此基础上,提出促进农村转移人口角色转换的对策和建议,可为政府和相关管理部门提供决策参考。The smooth transition of the rural population is of great significance to promote the construction of new urbanization and urban-rural integration development.Aiming at the common problems of role reversal in the immigration of rural population,analyzethe major effect factors of role reversal from the perspective of non-institutional factor,then put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions based on the analysis,and they can be used for decision-making reference for the government in formulating policy.
