摘　　要：很多高校正在向应用型技术类转型的时代背景下,作为应用性非常强的射频电路课程应该不断加强学生的实践能力培养。重理论轻实践的传统人才培养模式很难满足企业的实际需求。面向工作岗位和实际工作任务的真实案例和真实训练作为"双真教学"的改革实践方式,对提高学生学习能力,将理论与实际相结合,实现人才培养与企业需求的无缝衔接具有重要意义。Under the backdrop of many colleges transforming towards the tech-application-oriented type,radio-frequency circuit as an applied course should enhance the practice training of students in their study process.Traditional talents training mode is difficult to meet the actual needs of enterprises.As a"Double Truth Teaching"method,real case and real training for job and task have greater importance in improving students'learning ability,and combining theory with practice to realize the seamless connection between talent training and enterprise needs.
