摘 要:针对目前民航行业面临的安全、经济、效率以及环境可持续发展等问题,民航提出一系列新的概念和技术。其中,4D飞行被认为是目前最有效的新技术而备受瞩目。行业将如何调整以适应新技术的应用,这项全新的飞行技术又将给行业的发展带来何种影响。为此,在综合分析行业相关技术发展的基础上,结合互联网、大数据、人工智能技术的现状及趋势,提出了未来智能化航空运输系统概念;结合现阶段中国民航发展,以高密度4D飞行为核心,构建了符合未来民航发展的运行框架,并给出了具体的、可操作的实施方案。In view of the problems faced by the civil aviation industry,such as security,economy,efficiency,environmental sustainable development,the civil aviation puts forward a series of new concepts and technologies.4D flight is considered to be the most effective new technology at present,and focus more public attention.How will the industry adjust to adapt to the application of new technology,and what impact will the new flight technology bring to the development of the industry.Therefore,on the basis of comprehensive analysis of industry related technology development,and combined with the current situation and trends of the Internet,big data,artificial intelligence,the concept of future intelligent air transportation system is put forward.Meanwhile,considering the development of China′s Civil Aviation at present,the operation framework for the future civil aviation is constructed with high density4D flight at a core,the concrete and feasible implementation plan is also given.
