摘　　要：目的探讨颈椎术后并发脑脊液漏(CSFL)的护理方法(CSFL).方法回顾性分析7例颈椎术后并发脑脊液漏患者临床资料,及时对脑脊液进行处理,并对患者的创口、体位、引流管进行护理,预防感染,密切监测患者临床情况,维持患者体内水电解质平衡.结果经术后常规复查,患者颈椎无脑脊液囊肿形成,无需再次修补手术.结论颈椎手术并发脑脊液漏患者应给予密切观察,并采取相应护理措施,颈椎术后出现并发症的患者均痊愈.Objective To explore the nursing strategy of the postoperative cerebrospinal fluid leakage(CSFL).Method The clinical data of7patients with CSFL after cervical spine surgery treated were analyzed retrospectively.The cerebrospinal fluid of7patients was disposed timely,and the wound,posture,and drainage tube care in order to prevent infections.The clinical conditions of the patients were monitored closely to maintain the water-electrolyte balance.Results After routine examination,no cerebrospinal fluid cyst in cervical spine was observed,and no reoperation was needed.Conclusion The early detection,early treatment and intensive care of cerebrospinal fluid leakage after cervical spine surgery are very important for the control of complications and for the speedy recovery of the patients.
