上海优秀历史建筑的加改建破坏问题调查研究——以上海长宁区为例

摘　　要：通过对上海市长宁区内优秀历史建筑的建筑风貌及保存现状进行调研,尤其针对上海市长宁区内优秀历史建筑的改建、扩建现况进行调研与数据统计,分析优秀历史建筑改扩建的部位、形式、建筑功能变换,从而对历史建筑改扩建所带来的建筑风貌的破坏,改造利用和保护的全过程进行研究。同时,探讨上海优秀历史建筑改扩建破坏之原因。最后,结合国外建筑改扩建及再利用的优秀案例,提出上海优秀历史建筑在风貌改造保护方面的可持续发展策略。By investigating the exciting situation of the heritage architectures in Changning District of Shanghai City,especially analyzing the statistics of reconstruction and extension of heritage architectures in Shanghai,for example,theposition,format and function change of reconstruction,we probe the whole process of architectural scene destruction,historic buildings renovation and protection which mainly caused by reconstruction and extension.Simultaneously,we analyzethe reasons of the reconstruction and extension.Ultimately,by a series of successful case study about historical buildingsreconstruction and extension in foreign countries,we put forward possible strategies about how to make Shanghai heritagearchitectures renewal more sustainable.
