摘　　要：自身抗体种类繁多,检测方法较为丰富,已有效应用到多种自身免疫性疾病中,以辅助临床诊疗。做好自身抗体全面、全程、全员参与的质量控制,如实验环境、仪器设备、试剂耗材、实验方法、实验人员的培训、能力验证、室内质控及室间质评,能够为临床诊疗提供更准确、更有效的依据。本文介绍了自身抗体检测的现状、技术,分析了其临床应用范围,建设性地提出了分析前、分析中、分析后质量控制建议,旨在为日后自身抗体的检测及临床诊疗提供有效的质量保证。There are some different kinds of test items in autoantibody testing.The test methods are relatively abundant.Currently,it has been effectively applied to a variety of autoimmune diseases in order to assist the clinical diagnosis and treatment.Standard operating procedures and well preparation related equipment and regents in the test process can sufficient to ensure good test quality.Autoantibodies detection has important clinical significance in the diagnosis of autoimmune diseases,judgments of diseases severity and the treatment effect of autoimmune diseases.This paper describes the antibodies,diagnostic value of antibodies detection methods,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of these methods,let clinical choice more reasonable.This paper introduces the present situation of the autoantibodies detection,technology,and analyzes the various test measuring clinical application range,reasonable quality control suggestions,aimed at autoantibodies detection will provide the effective reference suggestions in the future.
