摘  要:目的:研究米酒对瓜蒌薤白中3,29-二苯甲酰基栝楼仁三醇(以下简称3,29-DK)在人工胃液中降解程度的影响。方法:使用HPLC-SPD技术,分析人工胃液中瓜蒌薤白水溶液和米酒溶液的3,29-DK 1、2、3、4 h的降解率。结果:与瓜蒌薤白水溶液相比,瓜蒌薤白米酒溶液中3,29-DK在人工胃液中各时间点的降解率明显降低且差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。以水和米酒分别作为溶媒时,其降解率的AUC_(0-t)(mg·min·L)值为(140.84±3.65)和(78.17±5.83)(±s,n=3),二者间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:引药米酒可抑制3,29-DK在人工胃液中的降解。Objective:To study the effects of rice wine as cites drug on the metabolism of3,29-dibenzoyl-karounitriol as the main active component in Gualou-Xiebai in artificial gastric juice.Methods:The degradation rate of3,29-dibenzoyl-karounitriol in Gualou-Xiebai rice aqueous solution and wine solution in artificial gastric juice were analyzed after1h,2h,3h and4h by the use of HPLC-SPD.Results:Compared with Gualou-Xiebai aqueous solution,the degradation rate of3,29-dibenzoyl-karounitriol in Gualou-Xiebai rice wine solution in artificial gastric juice at each time point was significantly reduced and there was a significant difference(P<0.01).The AUC0-t(mg·min·L)of the degradation rate were(140.84±3.65)and(78.17±5.83)(xˉ±s,n=3)when the water and rice wine were used as the solvent respectively,and there was a significant difference between them(P<0.01).Conclusion:Rice wine as cites drug can effectively inhibit the degradation of3,29-dibenzoyl-karounitriol in Gualou-Xiebai in artificial gastric juice.
