摘　　要：目的:解决生物安全实验室生物反应器在批量培养细胞接种病毒后取样过程中存在的安全隐患问题。方法:结合所购实验装置的特点,设计并制作取样口连接器及蒸汽消毒过程中产生的液体、气体收集装置。结果:优化和改进了取样方法。结论:最大限度降低和规避了取样操作过程中的风险,以达到安全操作的目的。Objective:To solve the potential safety hazard during sampling from the large quantities of cells inoculating virus from bioreactor in bio-safety laboratories.Methods:According to the characteristics of the experimental apparatus,the sampling connector and the collecting device were designed and made.Results:The sampling method was modified.Conclusion:The risk in the process of the sampling operation can be decreased to the minimum,so the,safe operation can be realized.
