摘　　要：目的:评价Sysmex XN-1000血液分析仪检测血小板(PLT)3种方法的准确性。方法:收集广州总医院2017年1、2月住院病人血液标本共166例,分别用手工法和XN-1000血液分析仪的电阻抗法(PLT-I)、光学法(PLT-O)、荧光染色法(PLT-F)检测同一标本的血小板计数,以手工法为参考标准,比较XN-1000血液分析仪3种方法的准确性。结果:当PLT计数范围为100×10~9~300×10~9/L和>300×10~9/L时,3种仪器法与手工法结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);当PLT<100×10~9/L时,仪器法中的PLT-O和PLT-F法与手工法结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而PLT-I法与手工法结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其与手工法的相关性比较依次为PLT-F>PLT-O>PLT-I。结论:当PLT>100×10~9/L时,仪器检测血小板计数3种方法的准确性均较好;当PLT<100×10~9/L时,PLT-F和PLT-O法的检测准确性优于PLT-I法。Objective:To evaluate accuracy of three methods for detecting platelet(PLT)counts by Sysmex XN1000hematology analyzer.Methods:A total of166patients were enrolled in the General Hospital of Guangzhou Military Command of PLA from January to February in2017.The platelet counts of specimen were detected by manual method and PLT-I,PLT-O and PLT-F methods,respectively.The manual method was used as reference standard,three methods of XN-1000hematology analyzer for detecting platelets were compared with manual method.Results:When the PLT count range was100×109~300×109/L and PLT>300×109/L,the instrumental methods(PLT-I,PLT-O,PLT-F)were not statistically significant compared with the manual method(P>0.05);when the PLT count was less than100×109/L,the counting results of PLT-O and PLT-F were not statistically significant compared with manual method(P>0.05),and the results of the PLT-I method was statistically different from those of manual method(P<0.05).The correlation between the three methods and manual counting results is as follows:PLT-F>PLT-O>PLT-I.Conclusion:In the method of detecting platelet by Sysmex XN-1000blood analyzer,platelet count results with PLT-F and PLT-O method is more accurate,when the platelet count is less than100×109/L,the accuracy of PLT-I was not as good as that of PLT-F and PLT-O.
