摘  要:本文中,对正负极板栅的传统导电栅网(横、竖筋条结构)进行变革,在保持质量和外形尺寸不变的情况下,将栅网的筋条设计成圆形结构的。采用圆形筋条后,总体等电位线向背向极耳方向偏移,表明欧姆内阻减小,而且电位分布更加均匀。电池性能测试结果表明,随着放电电流增大,放电性能明显增强。In this paper,by changing the structure of traditional conductive positive and negative grids(the horizontal and vertical rib structure),the circular rib grid is designed without changing the weight and dimension.The results show that the overall equipotential lines are shifted to the direction against the lug,indicating that the ohmic resistance decreases,and the potential distribution is more uniform.The battery performance test shows that the discharge performance is significantly enhanced with the discharge current increases.
