摘　　要：目的探讨原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进性肌病的临床特征,提高对该病的认识。方法回顾性分析本院2例患者的临床资料并复习相关文献。结果 2例患者主要表现为近端肌无力,肌酶谱正常,血清甲状旁腺素升高,肌电图可呈肌源性或肌源性合并神经源性损害改变,肌肉活检呈肌源性损害改变,2例患者均接受手术治疗,预后良好。结论该病临床表现无特异性,当患者以肌无力、肌肉萎缩为主诉,血清甲状旁腺激素升高时应考虑此病,手术治疗为首选治疗方案。Objective To explore the clinical presentations of myopathy in primary hyperparathyroidism.Methods The clinical datas of two patients of myopathy in primary hyperparathyroidism were analyzed respectively and the combining relevant documents were retrospectively analyzed.Results The two patients suffered proximal muscle weakness and elevated parathyroid hormone.But the creatase of the two patients was normal.Elctromyography(EMG)showed muscular impairments or muscular and neurogenic impairments.Muscular impairments were main presentations in Muscle biopsy.Two patients respected surgery and had favourable prognosis.Conclusion The myopathy in primary hyperparathyroidism has not specific clinical presentation.When the patient complaints muscle weakness and amyotrophy.The PTH should be checked timely.Surgery was key therapy.
