摘 要:目的探讨相干光断层扫描技术对喉部黏膜结构的成像可行性及嗓音医学领域应用的可能性。方法利用相干光断层扫描仪对3例因喉鳞状细胞癌进行全喉切除的新鲜离体喉标本的会厌、室带、声带、喉室、前联合及瘤体等结构进行相干光断层扫描成像,并与相应位置病理切片进行比较。结果相干光断层扫描能够对喉部黏膜结构进行较为清晰的成像,能分辨上皮层、固有层以及血管、腺体等结构,并且能够对瘤体与正常声带组织结构之间进行区别。结论相干光断层扫描技术能够对喉部黏膜的组织结构进行成像,具有无创、快速、实时成像的特点,对于声带上皮层、固有层浅层等结构的成像使其在嗓音医学领域的应用成为可能。Objective To discuss the feasibility and possibility of optical coherence tomography(OCT)technic for mucous membrane in larynx and voice science.Methods Three ex-vivo larynxes which were excised due to laryngeal carcinoma were examined by the optical coherence tomography,and then were compared with the same pathological sections.Results OCT images of larynx mucous membrane include epiglottis,vocal folds,false vocal folds,laryngeal ventricle,anterior commissure,and laryngeal carcinoma were obtained.The differences of microstructure between the normal tissue and laryngeal carcinoma could be clearly identified by OCT.Conclusion OCT is a non-invasive,high-speed,real-time technic for larynx mucous membrane structure,especially for the vocal folds epithelium and superficial lamina propria,and is possible for voice science.
