老年高血压相关基因多态性与厄贝沙坦降压疗效的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨老年高血压相关基因多态性对厄贝沙坦降压作用的影响。方法选取150例轻、中度老年高血压患者，均给予厄贝沙坦治疗8w，在临床观察疗效的同时，采用PCR-RFLP技术对患者ACE基因I/D多态性、AGT基因M235T多态性和AT1R基因A1166C多态性进行检测。结果与携带ACE基因II基因型的老年高血压患者比较，携带ID和DD基因型的患者服药后血压下降幅度明显增大，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；AGT基因和AT1R基因多态性各基因型之间血压下降幅度差异均无统计学意义。结论ACE基因I/D多态性与老年高血压患者服用厄贝沙坦后的血压下降幅度有相关性。Objective To investigate the effects of related gene polymorphisms on the antihypertensive effect of irbesartan in the senile hypertensive patients.Methods150senile hypertensive patients with mild or moderate hypertension were treated with irbesartan for8weeks.At the same time,the ACE gene I/D polymorphism,AGT gene M235T polymorphism and AT1R gene A1166C polymorphism were detected by PCR-RFLP.Results Compared with senile hypertensive patients with ACE II genotype,patients with ID and DD genotype showed a greater reduction in blood pressure after taking the medication and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,the AGT gene and AT1R gene polymorphisms were not related to the the reduction of blood pressure.Conclusions ACE gene I/D polymorphism was related to the reduction of blood pressure after taking irbesartan in the senile hypertensive patients.
