索利那新联合护理干预治疗小儿尿道下裂术后膀胱痉挛的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察索利那新联合护理干预治疗小儿尿道下裂术后膀胱痉挛的临床效果。方法选取66例温州医科大学附属第二医院收治的尿道下裂术后膀胱痉挛小儿患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组与研究组各33例，对照组行单一索利那新药物治疗，研究组在其基础上加入护理干预，比较2组患者临床治疗效果。结果研究组治疗后3d平均尿量、日均排尿次数、VAS评分明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组不良反应发生率与对照组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论索利那新联合护理干预应用小儿尿道下裂术后膀胱痉挛的治疗中疗效确切，有助于提升临床治疗效果，减少术后疼痛感，降低不良反应发生率。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Solifenacin and nursing intervention in the treatment of bladder spasm after hypospadias surgery.Methods66children with hypospadias postoperative bladder spasm were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into the control group and study group.The study group added nursing intervention on the basis of the control group,clinical curative effect in two groups of patients were compared.Results After treatment3d,daily mean urine volume,voiding frequency,and VAS score of the study group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);and there was significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Solifenacin and nursing intervention in the treatment of bladder spasm after hypospadias surgery is effective,it is helpful to improve the clinical effect,reduce postoperative pain and the incidence of adverse reactions.
