急救用药护理在急性脑卒中患者院前抢救中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究急救用药护理在急性脑卒中院前抢救中的作用。方法选取2016年2月～2016年12月杭州市急救中心收治的急性脑卒中患者中选取20例进行研究，给予常规急救护理的10例患者为对照组；给予急救先进用药护理方案的10例患者为研究组。分析2组护理的效果、接受治疗的时间间隔，并比较患者死亡率、病情程度、对护理路径以及治疗结果的满意度。结果研究组接受治疗的时间间隔短、伤残等级低、护理结果的满意度高，优于对照组，各项研究指标数据差异明显，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论急性脑卒中的院前急救中，使用急救先进用药护理方案疗效显著，护理满意度高。Objective To analyze the role of first aid medication nursing care on pre-hospital car in the patients with acute cerebral apoplexy.Methods20patients with acute cerebral apoplexy were enrolled in this study in our hospital from February to December in2016.10patients who had undergone routine emergency care were divided into the control group.10patients were treated with first aid advanced medication regimen for the study group.The effects of the two groups were analyzed,and the patient’s mortality,the degree of disease,the satisfaction of the nursing path and the outcome of the treatment were analyzed.Results In the study group,the time interval for treatmen was shorter,the disability level is lower,the satisfaction is higher,which those indexes were better than those in the control group.The differences has statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Advanced medication care program is used in pre-hospital emergency treatment of acute cerebral apoplexy,the effect is significant,the nursing satisfaction is high.
