冠心病介入诊疗术后血管并发症的原因及护理对策分析

摘　　要：目的探讨冠心病介入诊疗术后出现血管并发症的原因以及护理效果。方法将丽水市中心医院2016年1月～2017年1月收治的700例冠心病介入诊疗术后患者随机分为2组，即对照组和实验组，对照组采取常规护理，而实验组采取综合护理干预，观察介入诊疗术后冠心病患者的临床效果，就其护理前后的并发症发生情况，以及护理满意度进行对比。结果冠心病介入诊疗术后患者出现了皮下血肿、假性动脉瘤、出血以及静脉血栓现象；经护理，实验组冠心病介入诊疗术后患者的并发症发生情况，以及护理满意度均优于对照组，2组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论综合护理干预可以显著改善冠心病介入诊疗术后患者的并发症情况，提高护理满意度，有利于患者的康复。Objective To investigate the causes of vascular complications after interventional treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD)and the nursing effect.Methods700cases of coronary heart disease in Lishui central hospital from January2016to January2017after interventional diagnosis and treatment were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the experimental group,the control group was received routine nursing care,while the experimental group was given comprehensive nursing intervention,the clinical effect in patients with coronary heart disease after interventional therapy were observed,the incidence of complications before and after nursing and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results After percutaneous coronary intervention,subcutaneous hematoma,pseudoaneurysm,bleeding and venous thrombosis were appeared.After nursing,the experimental group after percutaneous coronary intervention in patients with complications and nursing satisfaction were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention could significantly improve complications of patients and nursing satisfaction,and is good for the rehabilitation of patients.
