冰冻单采血小板联合冷沉淀输注治疗急性失血性患者的止血效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨冰冻单采血小板联合冷沉淀输注对急性失血性患者的临床止血效果。方法选取汉中市中心医院2015年12月～2017年7月收治的93例急性失血性患者，利用随机数字表法将患者均分为研究组、对照1组、对照2组，每组31例。研究组采用冷沉淀联合冰冻单采血小板输注治疗，对照1组给予单纯冷沉淀输注治疗，对照2组实施单纯冰冻单采血小板输注治疗。记录并比较3组输注后24h内止血率和平均止血时间。结果各组治疗完成率均为100.00%，研究组输注后24h成功止血率（93.55%）显著高于对照1组（74.19%）和对照2组（70.97%），数据对比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。研究组平均止血时间少于对照1组和对照2组（P＜0.05）。结论利用冰冻单采血小板联合冷沉淀输注治疗急性失血性患者效果较优，有利于使其迅速止血并保障其生命安全。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of frozen apheresis platelets combined with cold infusion in the treatment of acute hemorrhagic patients.Methods93patients with acute hemorrhagic disease selected from December2015to July2017were divided into study group,control group1and control group2by random number table method,31cases in each group.The study group was treated with cold precipitation combined with frozen apheresis platelet transfusion,the control group1was given simple cold precipitation infusion,and the control group2was treated with simple frozen apheresis platelet transfusion.Record and compared the hemostasis rate after the infusion of24h and the average hemostasis time between the3groups.Results The treatment completion rate was100.00%,the success rate of24h group of hemostasis after infusion(93.55%)was significantly higher than that in control group1(74.19%)and the control group2(70.97%),the differences were significant(P<0.05).The average hemostasis time of study group was less than the control group1and control group2(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of frozen apheresis platelets combined with cold precipitation in the treatment of acute hemorrhagic patients has a better effect,which is beneficial to rapid hemostasis and to ensure the safety of life.
