氟西汀联合针刺放血法治疗抑郁症的临床疗效及对患者血清细胞因子和可溶性受体水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨氟西汀联合针刺放血法治疗抑郁症的临床疗效，患者治疗后的血清细胞因子，可溶性受体水平的变化。方法选取浙江省立同德医院2014年1月～2017年1月123例抑郁症患者，随机分为2组，其中对照组采用氟西汀的常规治疗，治疗组采用氟西汀联合针刺放血法治疗方法，比较2组患者的临床效果，血清细胞因子IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α和IFN-γ的含量以及可溶性受体水平的变化。结果治疗组的总有效率为93.6%，对照组的总有效率为83.3%，说明治疗组的总有效显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。2组患者治疗前的细胞因子比较，差异无统计学意义，在治疗后发现治疗组的IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α和IFN-γ含量显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后治疗组的可溶性受体指标显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论抑郁症患者采用氟西汀联合针刺放血法可以提高临床效果，具有较高的治疗功能。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of fluoxetine combined with acupuncture and blood transfusion in the treatment of depression,and the changes of serum cytokines and soluble receptors after treatment.Methods123patients with depression were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with fluoxetine.The treatment group was treated with fluoxetine combined with acupuncture and bloodletting.The levels of serum cytokines IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-αand IFN-γ,and soluble receptor levels were observed in both groups.Results The total effective rate was93.6%in the treatment group and83.3%in the control group,indicating that the total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in cytokines between the two groups before treatment,and the levels of IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-αand IFN-γin the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The soluble receptor index in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fluoxetine combined with acupuncture and blood transfusion could improve the clinical effect with high therapeutic function.
