集束化干预联合抗血小板药物在人工心脏起搏术后中的应用效果及对患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨集束化干预联合抗血小板药物在人工心脏起搏术后中的应用效果及对患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2015年1月～2015年12月陕西省宝鸡市中医医院收治的心脏病患者84例，随机序列法分为研究组和对照组，研究组应用集束化干预联合抗血小板药物，对照组使用抗血小板药物，对比2组患者在人工起搏术后的应用效果和生活质量。结果治疗后2组患者的饮食、运动、服药、复诊情况均有所改变，且研究组患者遵医行为优于对照组（P＜0.05）。2组患者干预前后自我行动能力都有提升，且研究组患者提高明显多于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗后2组生活质量提高明显，且研究组高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论采用集束化联合抗血小板对患者人工心脏起搏术后的应用效果十分理想，大大提高了生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of cluster intervention combined with antiplatelet drugs in patients after artificial heart pacemaker implantation and the effect on quality of life.Methods84patients with heart disease from January2015to December2015were selected and divided into study group and control group by the random sequence method.The study group used cluster therapy combined with anti-platelet drugs and the control group used anti-platelet drugs.The effect and quality of life were compared between the two groups after artificial pacemaker implantation.Results After treatment,the diet,exercise,medication and return visit were all changed in the two groups,and the compliance behavior of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The self-efficacy of the two groups was improved before and after intervention,and the improvement of the study group was significantly more than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life improved significantly,and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of cluster combined with antiplatelet therapy in patients after artificial heart pacemaker implantation is very ideal,which greatly improves the quality of life.
