鼻内镜辅助鼻前庭切口矫正创伤性歪鼻畸形的实际价值评价

摘　　要：目的研究创伤性歪鼻畸形疾病患者采用鼻内镜辅助鼻前庭切口技术实施矫正治疗的临床价值。方法选取2015年3月-2017年3月在我院接受治疗的创伤性歪鼻畸形疾病患者88例,采用数学随机列表法,将其随机分为对照组和治疗组,平均每组44例。对照组实施常规开放手术矫正治疗;治疗组实施鼻内镜辅助鼻前庭切口技术实施矫正治疗。比较两组患者创伤性歪鼻畸形手术矫正效果、手术操作时间、鼻部外观恢复正常时间、术后住院治疗总时间、围手术期出现的不良反应。结果治疗组患者创伤性歪鼻畸形手术矫正总有效率达到90.9%,优于对照组的70.5%,组间差异显著(P<0.05);手术操作时间、鼻部外观恢复正常时间、术后住院治疗总时间短于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);围手术期仅出现2例不良反应,少于对照组的8例,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论创伤性歪鼻畸形疾病患者采用鼻内镜辅助鼻前庭切口技术实施矫正治疗,可以缩短操作时间和术后恢复时间,减少围手术期不良反应,提高治疗效果和患者满意度。Objective To study the clinical value of nasal endoscope assisted nasal vestibule incision for correction of traumatic nasal deformity.Methods88cases of patients with traumatic deviated nose disease treated in our hospital from March2015to March-2017were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with an average of44cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional open surgery,and the treatment group was treated with nasal endoscope assisted nasal vestibule incision technique.The surgical correction effect,operation time,nasal appearance recovery time,postoperative hospitalization time and adverse reactions during the perioperative period were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment group of patients with traumatic deviated nose deformity correction surgery,total effective rate was90.9%,better than70.5%in the control group,significant difference between groups(P<0.05);operation time,nasal appearance recovery time,postoperative hospitalization time shorter than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05);perioperative only2cases of adverse reactions,less than8cases in the control group,significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:traumatic deviated nose deformity patients with nasal endoscopic nasal vestibule incision technique implementation of orthodontic treatment,can shorten the operation time and recovery time after surgery,reduce perioperative adverse reactions,improve treatment effect and patient satisfaction.
