摘　　要：目的分析单位毛囊和单株毛囊移植修复发际线缺陷的临床效果。方法选取2014年1月至2015年6月期间在我院接受单位毛囊和单株毛囊移植修复的204例发际线缺陷患者作为研究对象,观察治疗效果、毛发方向、密度与外观匹配度。结果术后随访6-18个月,平均随访(14.24±2.83)个月,204例发际线缺陷患者治疗优良率为98.04%(200/204);毛发方向自然且疏密有致,外观与正常外观基本一致。结论单位毛囊和单株毛囊共同移植修复是治疗发际线缺陷的理想方法,疗效确切,且外观与正常外观基本一致,值得推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effects of follicular unit and individual follicalar unit transplantation in repairing hairline defect.Methods204patients with hairline defect received follicular unit and individual follicalar unit transplantation from January2014to June2015were selected as the research object.The curative effects,hair direction,density and matching degree of appearance were observed.Results During postoperative follow-up with6-18months and average follow-up with(14.24±2.83)months,the excellent curative rate in204cases of hairline defect was98.04%(200/204);The grafted hairs grew in desired directions and the hair density was natural,whose appearance was in line with normal appearance.Conclusion Follicular unit and individual follicalar unit transplantation in repairing hairline defect is satisfactory and effective,whose appearance is in line with normal appearance,which is worthy of promotion.
