微创小切口提眉并眉间除皱术的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨微创小切口提眉并眉间除皱术的临床效果。方法随机选择本院收治的眉下垂和眉间皱纹患者共82例,均为2015年3月至2017年期间收治,依据随机数字抽取表法分为两组各41例,其中对照组采用常规手术治疗,观察组采用微创小切口提眉并眉间除皱术治疗,比较两组患者的并发症发生情况及眉外观恢复速度。结果观察组并发症发生率7.32%显著低于对照组29.27%,即观察组安全性更高(P<0.05);观察组手术时间、住院时间及眉外观复常时间与对照组相比均明显更短,即观察组术后恢复更快(P<0.05)。结论对眉下垂和眉间皱纹患者采用微创小切口提眉并眉间除皱术治疗在保证较高疗效的同时可进一步加快术后恢复,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive small incision and eyebrow rhytidectomy.Methods A total of82patients were randomly divided into two groups:41cases were divided into two groups according to the random number extraction method.The control group was treated with routine Surgical treatment,the observation group using minimally invasive small incision eyebrow and eyebrow rhatectomy treatment,compared the two groups of patients with complications and eyebrow appearance recovery rate.Results The complication rate was7.32%in the observation group,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(29.27%),that was higher in the observation group(P<0.05).The operation time,hospitalization time and abnormal time of the eye were significantly higher than those in the control group Shorter,that is,the observation group after surgery to recover faster(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of minimally invasive small incision and eyebrow rhytidectomy in the treatment of eyebrows and eyebrow wrinkles can further accelerate the postoperative recovery and ensure the application.
