摘　　要：目的探讨绕乳晕切口假体植入隆胸术临床疗效。方法将94例假体植入隆胸患者随机分为观察组(47例)和对照组(47例),观察组采用绕乳晕切口美容技术,对照组采用传统开放式切口假体植入术,比较两组手术情况、术后并发症发生率、乳房美容优良率和患者满意度。结果观察组手术用时、术中出血量、切口长度、切口愈合时间均较对照组短(P<0.05);术后并发症发生率较对照组低(P<0.05);乳房美容优良率和患者满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论绕乳晕切口假体植入隆胸术是一种理想的隆胸方式,具有切口隐蔽、患者损伤小、术后并发症少等优点,可有效提高乳房美容优良率和患者满意度。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of breast augmentation with breast incision prosthesis.Method The94cases of implant breast augmentation patients were randomly divided into observation group(47cases)and control group(47cases),observation group adopted around the areola incision surgery technique,the control group using traditional open incision prosthesis implantation surgery,were compared between the two groups the incidence of complications after breast cosmetic,excellent rate and patient satisfaction.Result The observation group in the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,length of incision,incision healing time was shorter than the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that in control group(P<0.05);breast cosmetic excellent rate and patient satisfaction were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implantation of breast augmentation with breast areola incision is an ideal method for breast augmentation.It has the advantages of concealed incision,less patient injury and less postoperative complications.It can effectively improve the excellent rate and patient satisfaction of breast surgery.
