手部烧伤后瘢痕挛缩畸形的外科整形修复治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析手部烧伤后瘢痕挛缩畸形的外科整形修复治疗效果。方法选择我院自2015年7月至2016年6月期间收治的手部烧伤后瘢痕挛缩畸形患者30例,所有患者入院后均接受外科整形修复,主要治疗方法以瘢痕切除、矫形后的固定和创面修复为主,最后对患者的修复效果进行判定。结果通过对患者进行为期1年的随访可知,30例患者经外科整形修复后,术后移植的皮瓣和皮片成活率为100%,未出现坏死症状。与此同时,患者受累的关节全部被矫正,功能恢复良好,其修复满意度和修复总有效率经统计后分别为100%、96.7%。结论就手部烧伤后瘢痕挛缩畸形患者而言,需尽早接受整形治疗,在此期间需依据患者的实际情况对修复方法合理选择,这样不仅可以提升修复效果,同时可以满足患者的需求,可在临床上进一步实践。Objective To analyze the effect of surgical plastic surgery on scar contracture after hand burns.Methods Thirty patients with scar contracture after hand burn in our hospital from July2015to June2016were enrolled in this study.All patients received surgical plastic surgery after admission.The main methods of treatment were scar excision and orthopedic fixation And wound repair-based,the final determination of the patient's repair effect.Results After a one-year follow-up of the patients,the survival rate of the flap and skin graft after surgery was100%after surgical reconstructive surgery in30patients.No necrosis symptoms were found.At the same time,the affected joints of the patients were all corrected and their functions recovered well.The satisfaction of their repair and the total effective rate of repair were100%and96.7%respectively.Conclusion For patients with post-burn scar contracture deformity,plastic surgery should be carried out as early as possible.During this period,the method of repair should be properly selected according to the actual situation of the patient,which not only improves the repair effect but also meets the needs of patients.Further clinical practice.
