摘　　要：目的研究积雪苷霜软膏联合复方维A酸凝胶对面部轻中度痤疮患者症状改善及不良反应发生率的影响。方法选取2015年5月至2017年3月我院78例面部轻中度痤疮患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字法分组,每组39例。对照组采用复方维A酸凝胶治疗,观察组采用积雪苷霜软膏+复方维A酸凝胶治疗,治疗6周,对比两组疗效、不良反应发生率及治疗前后痤疮症状评分变化。结果治疗6周后,观察组总有效率高于对照组(97.44%vs76.92%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组症状评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率对比(2.56%vs7.69%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论面部轻中度痤疮患者采用积雪苷霜软膏联合复方维A酸凝胶治疗,效果显著,可改善痤疮症状。Objective To investigate the effect of centella triterpenes cream combined with compound tretinoin gel of vitamin A on improvements of symptoms and incidence of adverse reactions in patients with facial mild to moderate acne.Methods78patients with facial mild to moderate acne in our hospital from May2015to March2017were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into2groups with each39cases.The control group was treated with compound tretinoin gel of vitamin A,and the observation group was treated with centella triterpenes cream plus compound tretinoin gel of vitamin A.After6weeks of treatment,the curative effect,incidence of adverse reactions and changes of acne symptom scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After6weeks of treatment,The total effective rate of observation group was higher than the control group(97.44%vs76.92%)(P<0.05).After6weeks of treatment,the symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was insignificant incidence in adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(2.56%,7.69%)(P>0.05).Conclusion Centella triterpenes cream combined with compound tretinoin gel of vitamin A in treating patients with facial mild to moderate acne has got significant effect.And it can improve acne symptoms.
