消痤汤配合刺络拔罐法治疗寻常型痤疮的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:消痤汤加减配合刺络拔罐法治疗寻常型痤疮的疗效。方法:将寻常型痤疮100例患者按就诊时间顺序随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组50例。对照组给予消痤汤口服,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用刺络拔罐,两组均于治疗4周后观察疗效。结果:两组治疗后中医临床症状及疗效均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),消痤汤配合刺络拔罐法治疗寻常型痤疮效果显著优于对照组。结论:消痤汤配合刺络拔罐法治疗寻常型痤疮的中医证候疗效较好,临床控制率优势明显,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To investigate the effects of the Xiaocuo decoction plus cupping with acupuncture on acne vulgaris.Methods:100cases were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group.The control group was given the Xiaocuo decoction;the treatment group was treated by cupping with acupuncture.Results:The clinical symptoms in groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05).The effect of the Xiaocuo decoction plus cupping with acupuncture on acne vulgaris was better than that in the control group.Conclusion:The Xiaocuo decoction plus cupping with acupuncture on acne vulgaris is effective,shows obvious advantages and is worthy of application.
