半夏泻心汤及各组分对幽门螺杆菌抑制效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨半夏泻心汤及各组分对幽门螺杆菌的抑制效果及Hp相关性胃疾病的治疗效果。方法:将100只小鼠用幽门螺杆菌混悬液灌胃造模,造模成功后随机分为5组,分别给予半夏泻心汤全方剂和各组间成分相应的药物治疗,并设立氨苄西林对照组和模型对照组。观察各组小鼠胃黏膜的病理改变情况及Hp感染转阴率。结果:全方剂组、清热药剂组、扶正补益药剂组、氨苄西林对照组的Hp转阴率分别为85.00%、75.00%、70.00%和90.00%,与模型对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);切片观察可见氨苄西林对照组及各治疗组Hp转阴小鼠的胃黏膜结构完整,上皮细胞无坏死及脱落;腺体结构完整,黏膜下层无增生、水肿,无充血和炎细胞浸润。结论:半夏泻心汤及各组分具有保护小鼠胃黏膜,改善胃黏膜炎细胞浸润,抑制Hp感染,提高Hp转阴率的功效;而且毒副作用小,不良反应少,值得临床应用及开发。Objective:To investigate the inhibitory effect of the Banxia Xiexin decoction and the components on Helicobacter pylori and Hp-related gastric diseases.Methods:100mice were injected with Helicobacter pylori suspension,and randomly divided into5groups.The mice were treated with the Banxia Xiexin decoction and each compohent.The ampicillin control group and blank control group were established.The pathological changes of gastric mucosa in mice and the negative rate of Hp infection were observed.Results:The Hp negative rates were85.00%,75.00%,70.00%and90.00%,respectively in the Banxia Xiexin decoction group,the Qingre decoction group,the Fuzheng Buyi decoction group and the ampicillin control group,with a significant difference between the four groups and the blank control group(P<0.05).Histopathological observation showed that the gastric mucosa in the control group and the treatment group had a complete gastric mucosal structure,and the epithelial cells had no necrosis and shedding.The gland structure was intact and the submucosal layer had no hyperplasia,no edema,no congestion and inflammatory cell infiltration.Conclusion:The Banxia Xiexin decoction and each compohent were effective on protecting the gastric mucosa of mice,by improving the infiltration of gastric mucosal cells,inhibiting Hp infection and improving the rate of Hp negative rate,with less toxicity and fewer side effects,and is worthy of promotion.
