中药熏洗配合针灸治疗中风后偏瘫患肢肿胀的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药熏洗配合针灸治疗中风后偏瘫患肢肿胀的临床应用价值。方法:以2015年1月1日-2016年1月1日我院确诊并接收的64例中风后偏瘫患肢肿胀患者为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,每组32例。观察组给予中药熏洗配合针灸治疗,对照组给予中药熏洗配合西药治疗,对比治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后患肢水肿情况评分为(6.78±1.18)分,治疗总有效率为93.8%;对照组治疗后为(4.59±1.17)分,治疗总有效率为71.9%,两组对比,P<0.05。结论:中药熏洗配合针灸治疗中风后偏瘫患肢肿胀的临床应用价值十分显著,值得临床推广。Objective:To explore the value of TCM fumigation plus acupuncture on hemiplegia limb swelling after stroke.Methods:64patients were randomly divided into two groups(n=32).The observation group was treated by TCM fumigation and acupuncture;the control group was treated by TCM fumigation and western medicine.Results:The total efficiency was93.8%and scores of limb edema in the observation group was(6.78±1.18);the total efficiency was71.9%and scores of limb edema was(4.59±1.17)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application value of TCM fumigation with acupuncture in the treatment of hemiplegia limb swelling after stroke is very significant and worthy of promotion.
