热敏灸干预骨科术后尿潴留的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨热敏灸对解除骨科患者术后尿潴留的应用价值。方法:将73例下肢骨折术后尿潴留患者随机分为两组,对照组35例采用传统的诱导排尿进行护理干预,试验组38例在对照组的护理基础上予以热敏灸,比较两组治疗前后症状积分和临床疗效。结果:两组治疗后各种症状均有明显改善(P<0.05),而试验组各种症状的改善比对照组显著(P<0.05);对照组的总有效率为68.6%,试验组的总有效率为89.5%,试验组的疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:热敏灸可明显改善下肢骨折术后尿潴留患者的各种症状并明显提高临床疗效,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective:To explore the values of thermal moxibustion on postoperative urine retention.Methods:73cases were divided into two groups.The control group(35cases)was given traditional induced urination.38cases in the experimental group were treated by thermal moxibustion more.Results:The various symptoms in groups were significantly improved(P<0.05).The improvements of various symptoms in the experimental group were more obvious than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total efficiency was68.6%in the control group,worse than89.5%in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The thermal moxibustion on postoperative urine retention may obviously improve the various symptoms and effects,is worthy of population and application.
