肛肠炎痛消颗粒的镇痛与消炎机理研究

摘　　要：目的:观察肛肠炎痛消颗粒的镇痛与抗炎的作用机制。方法:将小鼠分为空白对照组、阳性对照组、肛肠炎痛消颗粒低剂量组、肛肠炎痛消颗粒高剂量组。通过观察二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀实验、小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性实验、巴豆油致大鼠肛门肿胀模型实验,考查肛肠炎痛消颗粒的抗炎作用;通过小鼠热板致痛实验、醋酸致小鼠疼痛实验,观察肛肠炎痛消颗粒的镇痛作用。结果:肛肠炎痛消颗粒能够明显减少小鼠耳廓肿胀,降低毛细血管通透性,减少小鼠肛门肿胀,对热刺激和化学物质刺激致痛动物均有显著的镇痛作用。结论:肛肠炎痛消颗粒具有消炎镇痛作用。Objective:To observe the analgesic and anti-inflammatory mechanism of the Gangchang Yantongxiao granules.Methods:The mice were divided into the blank control group,the positive control group,the Gangchang Yantongxiao granules low dose group,and the Gangchang Yantongxiao granules high dose group.Anti-inflammatory effects of the Gangchang Yantongxiao granules were inspected by model experiments such as xylene-induced mouse auricle swelling,mouse peritoneal capillary permeability,croton oil-induced swelling in rats anus.Analgesic effects of the Gangchang Yantongxiao granules were observed through pain in mice caused by hot plate and acetic acid.Results:The Gangchang Yantongxiao granules can significantly reduce the swelling of the ear auricle,reduce the increase of capillary permeability and the swelling of the anus in mice,with analgesic effects on heat stimulation and chemical stimulation.Conclusion:The Gangchang Yantongxiao granules show anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
