疏肝运脾、化浊解毒法对2型糖尿病患脂联素、瘦素及胰岛素抵抗的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药疏肝运脾、化浊解毒法对2型糖尿病患者脂联素、瘦素与胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法:本研究检查80例2型糖尿病患者血清脂联素(APN)、瘦素(LP)、空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)指标。将所有患者随机分成中药组和西药组,分析两组间脂联素、瘦素及胰岛素抵抗(HOMA-IR)的相关性。结果:与西药组相比,中药组APN水平升高,LP水平下降,IR水平下降,胰岛素敏感性改善。结论:疏肝运脾、化浊解毒法可以调节ADP、LP,改善胰岛素抵抗。Objective:To discuss efficacy of the Shugan Yunpi and Huazhuo Jiedu therapy on adiponectin,leptin and insulin resistance in the patients with type2diabetes mellitus.Methods:80patients were checked the sign of ADP,LPN,FPG and FINS.All patients were randomly divided into the TCM medicine group and the western medicine group;the relativity of ADP,LPN and HOMAIR in two groups were analyzed.Results:In the TCM medicine group,ADP levels were elevated,LPN and IR levels were decreased,and insulin sensitivity was improved.Conclusion:The Shugan Yunpi and Huazhuo Jiedu therapy can regulate ADP,LPN,and improve insulin resistance.
