热毒宁和干扰素α-1b雾吸联合治疗手足口病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究热毒宁和干扰素α-1b雾吸联合治疗手足口病的临床效果。方法:按入院的顺序将近1年来收治的108例手足口病的患儿随机分为试验组和对照组,每组54例。试验组采用热毒宁输液联合干扰素α-1b雾吸治疗。对照组只采用热毒宁输液治疗,比较两组的治疗效果(退热时间、口腔黏膜疱疹消退时间、皮肤疱疹消退时间)。结果:试验组治疗效果强于对照组,治愈率高,疗程短;退热时间、口腔黏膜疱疹消退时间、皮肤疱疹消退时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:热毒宁和干扰素α-1b雾吸联合治疗手足口病疗效好,可显著改善患儿的临床表现,降低重症病例的发生率。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of Redu’ning injection and interferonα-1b atomization inhalation on hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods:108patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,each group of54cases.The experimental group was treated with the Redu’ning injection and interferonα-1b atomization inhalation.Results:The therapeutic efficacy in the experimental group is better than the control group(P<0.05).The time of fever relieving,the regression time of oral mucosa herpes and skin herpes are shorter than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The efficacy of the Redu’ning injection and interferonα-1b atomization inhalation on hand-foot-mouth disease is better,and improved the patient’s clinical manifestations and reduced the incidence of severe cases.
