摘  要:为了研究湍流强度对火焰结构特性的影响规律,通过在定容燃烧弹内展开常温常压下50%,CH_4/50%,H_2(体积分数)混合气在不同湍流强度下的相关实验,采用褶皱因子对火焰结构进行量化研究.研究表明:随着湍流强度的增加,火焰表面的褶皱因子增加,火焰锋面距火焰中心距离的波动情况加剧,且波动的幅值呈现出增加的趋势;火焰锋面的局部速度均服从正态分布,随着湍流强度的增大,正态分布的对称轴逐渐向右侧移动,火焰锋面局部速度的波动范围变大.In order to study the influence of turbulence intensity on flame structure characteristics,a series of experiments on50%CH4/50%H2mixture at different turbulence intensity at room temperature under room pressure were conducted in a turbulent constant combustion boom.Wrinkle factor was defined to quantitatively-study the flame structure of flame front.The results show that wrinkle factor increases with the increase of turbulence intensity.The fluctuation of the distance from flame center to flame front increases with the increase of turbulence intensity and the amplitude of fluctuation increases with the increase of turbulence intensity.The distribution of local velocity in the flame front follows the normal distribution.With the increase of turbulence intensity,the symmetrical axis of normal distribution gradually moves to the right,and the fluctuation range of local velocity of the flame front becomes larger.
