摘　　要：随着互联网信息技术的快速发展,高校教育信息化逐渐受到社会方面的强烈关注。高校教育中有着数量众多的教学资源,对这些教学资源进行妥善管理与开发,成为教育部门面临的主要问题。本文主要对高校教学资源库及其设计与开发进行研究,通过分析教学资源库建设的关键技术,提出教学资源库设计与开发的可行性方案。With the rapid development of Internet information technology,university education information has gradually received strong attention from the society.There are a large number of teaching resources in higher education,and proper management and development of these teaching resources have become the major problems faced by the education sector.In this paper,the design and development of teaching resources database are mainly studied.By analyzing the key technologies of the construction of teaching resource database platform,the feasibility plan for the design and development of the database is proposed.
