校院两级管理模式下学院文化建设途径探析

摘　　要：十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央对加强文化建设提出了明确的任务和要求。文化传承创新是我国高校职能使命之一。在高校深化内部管理体制改革的背景下,二级学院作为人才培养的前沿,加强文化建设尤为必要和重要。从科学理解二级学院文化建设的内涵入手,探索提出加强学院文化建设的途径和措施,并对构建基层党建引领文化建设的新机制提出思考。The Party Central Committee,with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core,has made clear tasks and demands for strengthening cultural construction since the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC.Cultural inheritance and innovation is one of the mission of higher education institutions in China.In the context of deepening the reform of internal management system in Colleges and universities,the sub-college,as the forefront of talent training,strengthen cultural construction is particularly necessary and important.Starting with the scientific understanding of the connotation of the sub-college cultural construction,this paper probes into the ways and measures for strengthening the construction of sub-college culture,and puts forward some suggestions on the construction of a new mechanism for grass-roots Party construction to lead the cultural construction.
