摘　　要：高等教育国际化是教育发展的必然趋势,是创建高水平大学的必由之路。以南京邮电大学为例,从政策层面、实施项目类型和流程等方面分析了本科生国际合作与交流的现状,并剖析了国际交流工作面临的困境,提出了国际交流机制的建构路径。Higher education internationalization is the inevitable trend of education development,also is the only way to create a high-level university.Taking Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications as an example,the current situation of undergraduate students of international cooperation and exchanges is analyzed from the policy level,the international exchange project type and process.The difficulties faced by international communication work are also analyzed.The construction of international exchange mechanismpath is put forward.
