班干部管理方法探究

摘　　要：本文结合作者多年班主任工作经验,从班干部的选拨及调整、培养及管理、考核及激励等方面探讨和分享了有关方法措施。选举和班主任调控相结合的方法是选拨班干部最为可靠合理的做法;班干部"二会制"的实行对班主任老师及时了解班级情况及调整工作思路非常有效;必要的激励可以激发班干部的工作积极性。By the author's experiences worked in the filed for long time,this paper discuss the election,education and training,encourage and reward to the class leaders.It is the most reasonable method to engender the class leaders by election of classmates connected with the teacher's wish."Two meeting system"is the effective method for teacher to know and mastery the class.Encourage and reward is necessary to raise the working activities of class leaders.
