环境专业特色人才培养新模式的探索——以山东大学“环境与健康菁英班”为例

摘　　要："环境与健康菁英班"是山东大学与中科院生态环境研究中心联合创办。旨在充分利用中科院生态环境研究中心在科研实践中形成的优质育人资源,以山东大学人才培养为结合点,共同培育具有扎实的基础知识、熟练掌握环境与健康研究的基本方法、热爱环境与健康事业的交叉学科拔尖创新人才。这种人才培养模式的探索与实践是一个漫长的过程,"环境与健康菁英班"培养模式以其独特的办学理念和办学特色必将在今后的人才培养中发挥重要作用,以期培养一批致力于环境与健康领域研究的创新型人才。"Environment and health elite class"was founded by Shandong University and Research Center for Eco-Environmental Sciences of CAS.It aims to take advantage of high-quality education resources in CAS formed in the practice of scientific research.Meanwhile,it combines with talents cultivation of Shandong University to foster high-level innovative talents who have a solid foundation of knowledge in the field of environment and health,a deep love to explore environment and health.The exploration and practice of this talent training mode is a long process.This clas will play an important role in talent cultivation with its unique concept and educational characteristics in the future and cultivate a group of innovative talents devoted to research in the area of environment and health.
