摘　　要：随着新兴的水产养殖品种和技术不断涌现,人才需求旺盛,其中观赏鱼养殖、休闲渔业和特种水产品养殖产业是水产行业发展较快的方向,也是目前高校水产专业培养中亟需补充和完善的部分。水产专业需要针对这些培养方向不断拓展,才能培养出更有适应性和竞争力,更能适应社会需求的专业水产人才。With the emerging of different aquaculture culture species and technologies,there are strong demands for expert professionals.The pet fish culture industry,recreational fisheries industry and special aquaculture are the most three faster developing fields in the aquaculture industry.To meet the urgent needs of the society,the universities should conduct a more adaptable and competitive cultivating program of aquaculture specialty.By this way we can cultivate professional aquatic talents who are more fit for the future.
