摘　　要：当代大学生是伴随着网络兴起的一代,他们生活的方方面面都与网络分不开。作为高校学生管理的对象,他们年轻、思想活跃、走在时代的前列,这就要求大学生的管理工作要与时俱进,与大学生本身的特征契合。结合移动互联网时代的特点、创新大学生的管理模式,引导当代大学生的成长成才是本文研究的内容。Contemporary college students is accompanied by the rise of the Internet generation,they all aspects of life and network inseparable.As the object,the management of university students in their young,active thinking,walking in the forefront of the times,which requires the students management work must keep pace with the times,fit with the characteristics of college students according to the characteristics of itself.The mobile Internet era,college students'innovative management mode,guide the growth of contemporary college students is the main content of this thesis.
