摘　　要：在研究生教育中,导师是影响研究生培养质量的关键因素之一。文章从导师的人格特征、学术水平、创新意识、指导方式四个方面,分析了研究生导师在研究生培养过程中的作用与影响,探讨了培养高素质研究生的有效途径。The supervisor is one of the important factors in the process of graduate student education,it can influence the training quality of graduate students.The supervisor's role and influence in the process of graduate education were discussed from the supervisor's personality characteristics,academic level,innovation consciousness and instruction mode,and it was also discussed that the effectual approach of training high-quality graduate students.
