摘　　要：长期以来,煤炭企业行政后勤工作在整个工作系统中都占据着重要地位。但是由于理念缺乏创新和方法陈旧,煤炭企业行政后勤管理仍然存在一定的问题。特别是随着新形势下现代信息技术的发展,对煤炭企业行政后勤管理也提出了新的要求和挑战,需要不断创新工作理念与方法,提升管理效率。For a long time,the administrative and logistic work of coal enterprises occupy an important position in the whole work system.However,due to the lack of innovative ideas and outdated methods,some problems still remain in the administrative management of coal enterprises.In particular,with the development of modern information technology in the new situation,new demands and challenges have also come up for the administration and administration of the coal enterprises.Innovative work concepts and methods are needed to improve management efficiency.
