摘　　要：党性教育"主题教育月"活动是高校深入推进"两学一做"学习教育活动,有效提升高校党建工作实效性的重要载体。高校开展党性教育"主题教育月"活动,要坚持党委领导、全员参与和问题导向的基本原则,坚持以品牌化、制度化和生活化为着眼点,着力推进高校基层党组织"主题教育月"党性教育活动的系统化和制度化,强化基层党组织的政治意识、战斗意识和服务意识,更好地发挥高校基层党组织作为院系政治核心的重要作用。The"thematic education month"activity of Party spirit education is an important carrier to further promote the learning and education of"Party building studies"and effectively enhance the effectiveness of Party building in colleges and universities.When implementing the activity,we must adhere to the leadership of the Party committee,the participation of all teachers and students and the orientation of problems.With the brand-oriented,institutionalized and life-orientated implementation of the"thematic education month"activity as the starting point,we should promote the systematization and institutionalization of the activity,and enhance the political awareness,combat awareness and service awareness of grassroots Party organizations,so as to give full play to the important role of grassroots Party organizations as the political core of departments and secondary colleges in colleges and universities
