品管圈对降低小儿静脉输液重复穿刺作用分析

摘　　要：目的:探索品管圈对降低小儿静脉输液重复穿刺的效果,旨在减轻患儿的痛苦,提高家属满意度。方法:收集2016年9-11月期间150例重复穿刺的案例(年龄在6个月--4岁,输液总量≥150ml,输液时间>30分钟),采用特性要素分析小儿静脉输液重复穿刺的要因,采用鱼骨图分析和临床验证的方法找出真因,运用因果关系分析问题点与真因的关系。通过对策拟定实施后进步率达3.68%。结果:看护因素、自身因素及操作不当是引起小儿静脉重复穿刺的真因与要因。结论:品管圈对降低小儿静脉输液重复穿刺有显著效果,品管圈实施前后二组数据统计结果:(看护不当)χ~2=18.277,(自身原因)χ~2=5.270,(护士能级)χ~2=4.570,双侧均p<0.05,具有统计学意义。Objective:To explore the effect of quality control circle on reducing repeated puncture in pediatric intravenous infusion,aiming to reduce the pain of sick children and improve the satisfaction of their families.Methods:A total of150cases of repeated puncture between September2016and November2016were collected(6months to4years old,total volume of infusion≥150ml,infusion time>30minutes).The characteristic factors were used to analyze the essential causes of repeated puncture,and fishbone diagram analysis and clinical validation method were used to find out the true causes,and the causal relationship was used to analyze the relationship between problem points and the true causes.Through the formulation and implementation of corresponding countermeasures,the progress rate reached3.68%.Results:Nursing factors,personal factors and improper operation are the true and essential causes of repeated puncture in pediatric intravenous infusion.Conclusion:Quality control circle has a significant effect on reducing repeated puncture in pediatric intravenous infusion.The statistical results of the two groups before and after the implementation of quality control circle are as follows:(improper nursing)χ2=18.277,(personal factors)χ2=5.270,(nurse level)χ2=4.570.For both sides,p<0.05,so the results are of statistical significance.
