摘　　要：大学制度文化建设是大学文化建设的重要组成部分,加强大学制度文化建设,形成完善的制度文化体系,处理好制度硬件与软件、从严管理与以人为本、传承传统与与时俱进、实体公正与程序民主、制度的制定与执行监督等方面的关系,对大学文化建设的健康发展意义重大。The construction of university system culture is an important part of the university culture construction.It is of great significance for the healthy development of the university culture construction to strengthen the construction of university system culture,form a perfect system culture system,and handle well the relations between system hardware and software,strict management and people-orientation,inheriting the tradition and advancing with the times,substantive justice and procedural democracy,system formulation and its implementation and supervision.
