大学生专业认同与择业焦虑的关系研究

摘　　要：采用《大学生专业认同问卷》和《高校毕业生择业焦虑问卷》调查了553名大学生的专业认同与择业焦虑状况。结果表明:(1)专业认同在性别、年级、专业类别、所在学校层次上没有显著差异;(2)择业焦虑在性别上有显著差异,女生择业焦虑大于男生;择业焦虑在年级、所学专业类别、所在学校层次上没有显著差异;(3)大学生的专业认同对择业焦虑有显著的正向预测作用。其中,行为性专业认同的影响最大,其次是适切性专业认同、情感性专业认同、认知性专业认同。553undergraduates were investigated for professional identity and job anxiety using the"Questionnaire on College Students'Professional Identity"and the"Questionnaire on Job Hunting for College Graduates".The results showed that:(1)In terms of professional identity,there is no significant difference in gender,grade,specialty and school level;(2)Job anxiety has significant differences in gender:female students'job anxiety is greater than male students';in terms of job anxiety,there is no significant difference in grade,specialty,and school level;(3)university students'professional identity has a significant positive predictive effect on job anxiety.Among them,behavioral professional identity has the greatest influence,followed by appropriate professional identity,emotional professional identity and cognitive professional identity.
