浅谈心理健康教育在高校辅导员工作中的应用

摘　　要：高校辅导员是大学生的贴心朋友、首席责任人和榜样,高校辅导员的思政教育工作直接影响大学生的身心发展。心理健康教育与同样把人作为研究对象的思想政治教育工作联系紧密,为辅导员更好地了解大学生的心理及行为提供了有效途径。辅导员在工作中要合理运用心理健康教育理论及方法,遵循大学生的身心发展特点及规律,提升教育理念、优化工作方法,提高工作的科学性、预见性、针对性。College counselors are close friends,chief responsible persons and role models for college students,so the ideological and political education of college counselors directly affects the physical and mental development of college students.Mental health education is closely related to ideological and political education which also takes people as research objects,which provides an effective way for counselors to better understand the psychology and behavior of college students.Counselors make rational use of the theories and methods of mental health education in their work,follow the characteristics and laws of physical and mental development of undergraduates,enhance their educational philosophy,optimize working methods,and make their work scientific,predictable and targeted.
